Wire rod shot blasting machine is used to remove the Oxide skin of wire, rod or profiles which diameter ranges from 5 to 130mm. The choice of equipment is on the basis of production technology and scale removal rate, the most important is the efficiency and customized solutions. Reel, straightening unit is equipped with high performance driving device, and the loading and unloading system.    

Equipped with 3, 4 or 6 blast wheels, and is provided with a shot balls guide plate. Just a few seconds to put the shot balls guide plate’s section adjusted into right size. Ensure maximum efficiency of energy use and maximize efficiency of shot balls use. Guide system can make the small diameter wire smoothly into and pass through
