Our company mainly produces various copper series, aluminum series and steel material of bearing, bushing, piston pin and more. At present, we have bearing production line of three sets, two bimetallic bushings processing line sets.

Our annual processing capacity of bearing shell (medium) is 4.5 million pieces, while 2 million pieces in bushing (medium).We are also capable of making bearing shell with range of 28-330 mm, bushing processing range of 18-360 mm, which is widely used in automobile, engine, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, petroleum machinery, mining machinery, air compressor, water pump and many more.

Now, we have an annual output of 1 million pieces of large piston pin, main production medium and large piston pin, between 50-150mm in diameter, length of 60-300mm, specialized for marine engine.

Our company has Japan MICRON high precision grinding machine and multi-purpose furnace; our heat treatment production piston pin surface finish can reach 0.08, the effective extension of the replacement cycle.
