Taizhou Aoerkai Aluminum Co. Ltd is located in the Binhai Industrial Area, Jiaojiang, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, with very convenient traffic, because there are Yongtaiwen Highway, Yongtaiwen Railway and Airport in this city.
Since our establishment in 1987 we have been improved rapidly and have already passed the ISO 9001:2000 certifications. Now, we own almost $13 million fixed assets, with building area of 25,000 square meters, 10 senior engineers, more than 50 technicians with high and medium level titles, and 200 professional employees.
Supported by Die Workshop, Die Casting Workshop and Finishing Workshop
There are three workshops in our company such as die workshop, die casting workshop, and finishing workshop. In the die workshop, there are large vertical machining center, horizontal machining center, engraving machine, electric pulse, lines cutting machine, milling machine, large drilling machine, lathe and more. In the aluminum die casting workshop, there are 15 sets of 160T to 1250T cold chamber die casting machines of various types. In the finishing workshop, there are 10 sets of vertical machining center, 10 sets of CNC lathe, more than 300 sets of instrument trucks, bench drill, tapping machine and hydraulic punching machines, also with inspection equipment like X ray flaw detector, three coordinate surveying instruments, spectrometer, brinell hardness standard machine and more. Our purpose is to make good molds, also to ensure the qualified rate of the products, and pursuit in excellence.
Providing One Package Service
We provide one package service of die development, die casting machine and finishing machining, which mainly produce LED lighting, molds and aluminum die casting parts such as cylinder heads, auto parts, motorcycle parts and LED lighting covers, lamp covers, and more.
